holistic massage
I offer thirty, sixty and ninety minute holistic massages by appointment. These sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and whatever you turn up with on the day. This might look like addressing specific aches and pains, emotional release, working with where you are in your cycle, or just a space to deeply relax and step away from your daily stresses. I work with gentle to medium pressure, and use aromatherapy oils for a full sensory experience. By meeting your body gently, together we can calm the nervous system and give you a nurturing space for recovery and rest.

pregnancy massage
I offer thirty and sixty minute pregnancy massages by appointment. These are available past your first trimester, at the approval of your doctor or midwife.
This treatment is designed to give you a chance to tend to your body and mind, and focus on your wellbeing. Pressure is light to relax and soothe, and can be full body or just focus on the upper body if you prefer.
With the option of using Neal’s Yard Mother’s Massage oil, with mandarin, sweet almond and orange flower to nourish the skin and soothe the senses, this treatment offers you some gentle time to connect with your body and calm your mind.

face, head and scalp massage
I offer the option to extend any 30 or 60 minute treatment with a neck, scalp and face massage. This light and soothing massage releases tensions around the jaw, forehead and scalp, and encourages lymphatic drainage.
This treatment uses Swedish massage techniques as well as the optional use of jade comb, gua sha and Neal’s Yard rehydrating rose facial oil.

All treatments are available as gift cards. You can treat a loved one to relaxation and tension release in Norwich city centre, with a holistic or a pregnancy massage. Gift cards are valid for six months.
Please note that face scalp and neck massages are not available as an add on for ninety minute massages. If this treatment is added to ninety minute massage the value can be deducted against other treatments.
